jenkins配置publish html report顯示HTML測試報告報錯：html

日誌顯示：生成HTML報告時，出現異常，才致使報錯

開發Jenkins插件的時候， maven install報錯：
Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-enforcer-plugin:3.0.0-M1:enforce (display-info) on project QaJenkinsPlugin: Some Enforcer rules have failed. Look above for specific messages explaining why the rule failed. -> [Help 1]緣由：maven沒有配置，使用idea自帶的3.0.5的版本，後續改爲3.3.9版本後修復
