使用WebStorm報錯 Namespace 'v-bind' is not bound

一：報錯描述：                 Namespace 'v-bind' is not bound、Namespace 'v-on' is not bound 等 二：問題說明：                出現這個錯誤不是編碼錯誤，而是WebStorm這個編譯器的問題，設置一下就解決了。 三. 解決方法：                依次打開 File-->Preferences
