1.安裝node.js與git工具（exe安裝即可） 2.在cmd中通過 npm cache verify 清理下緩存，在進行安裝。 3.使用npm install [email protected]^0.20.0安裝web3.js 4.安裝testrpc（區塊鏈的測試節點）：npm install -g ethereumjs-testrpc 5.在 cmd 執行 testrpc，看到下圖所示的賬
