所遇情況： Anaconda新建了一個tensorflow的環境（我自己的取名爲tfenv）之後在jupter notebook中import numpy 和 matplotlib中的包時出現： 「The kernel appears to have died. It will restart automatically.」 啓動（tfenv）環境之後，conda安裝這些包之後在Prompt終端運
