Request method 'GET' not supported問題的解決。
1、head裏面的content要改 2、form 表單要做相應修改 3、發送請求的方法改爲post 4、後臺代碼要的requestmethod=post，而且參數要對應好，file是對應jsp文件中name爲file的上傳文本的控件
