• 做用：設置每次操做之間的間隔。在默認狀況下，每次操做之間的間隔是0，一個命令執行完成後，會當即執行下一個，有時候這樣會發生錯誤。

• 參數：value－置操做間隔的時間數，單位爲毫秒。

• 將setSpeed及windowMaximize寫在setUp方法裏，這個方法的做用是在運行前初始化一些設定。
