1.打開cmd窗口，進入MySQL安裝的bin目錄

2.執行命令登陸數據庫,以後會出現一行要你輸入密碼的 mysql -u root -p

3.執行如下命令分配新用戶：

grant all privileges on . to ‘root’@’%’ identified by ‘root’; (%) 表示全部ip

4.執行完上述命令後用下面的命令刷新權限

[root@MyCloudServer /]# mysql -u root -p 
Enter password: 
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 14384
Server version: 5.7.18-log Source distribution

mysql> grant all privileges on *.* to 'root'@'%' identified by 'root';
Query OK, 0 rows affected, 1 warning (0.00 sec)

mysql> flush privileges;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

5.以後關閉mysql服務，而後啓動mysql服務
