Pandas nmpy版本低的解決方法

當運行程序時，出現版本低的錯誤， ImportError: this version of pandas is incompatible with numpy < 1.12.0 your numpy version is 1.11.0. Please upgrade numpy to >= 1.12.0 to use this pandas version 解決方法: 更新版本到1.14.3命令:
