解決數據庫連接時2059 - Authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password' cannot be loaded報錯

問題如下： 在Navicat裏面連接數據庫時直接就出現報錯2059 - Authentication plugin ‘caching_sha2_password’ cannot be loaded 從錯誤信息可知caching_sha2_password不能加載。以上報錯是由於目前已有的客戶端連接軟件還不支持Mysql8新增加的加密方式caching_sha2_password，所以我們需要修改用
