函數屬性 arguments

1. 函數屬性& arguments 區分嚴格模式和一般格式的不同 2. apply/call方法（瀏覽器） 在一般模式下 call第一個參數應該爲對象，但是100不是對象。所以會被轉成Number(100)這個對象 第二個類似 當爲null/undefined時，會指向全局對象window 在嚴格模式下 當爲null/undefined時，this的輸出會使本身，即null/undefined
