使用openfire,spark,fastpath webchat搭建在線諮詢服務詳細圖文解說

這幾天試用了下openfire相關應用,搭建一個簡單的在線諮詢服務，有點相似阿里旺旺，能夠web頁面在線諮詢，也能夠加爲好友在pc客戶端中諮詢

使用場景：企業業務諮詢

1.在官網http://www.igniterealtime.org/index.jsp，下載openfire,spark

2.安裝spark.exe,解壓openfire.zip

3.執行\openfire_3_9_3\openfire\bin\下的openfire.exe,點擊launch admin進入管理員配置界面

4.配置語言、數據庫、管理員帳號密碼等信息，

5.在插件裏找到fastpath webchat，Fastpath Service添加下

能夠在openfire_3_9_3\openfire\plugins中看到webchat，這裏我把webchat.war放到tomcat中運行

從新啓動openfire服務能夠看到fastpath service 已啓動，這裏的域名默認是計算機名

6.測試spark,分別註冊test1和test2帳號

分別登陸給對方留言

成功
7.啓動tomcat,訪問http://localhost:8080/webchat/

配置openfire服務

配置成功能夠看到圖片顯示爲live help offline圖片

Fastpath Service插件安裝完成後會自動添加一個工做組demo和一個用戶demo

修改下demo用戶的密碼，使用spark登陸demo用戶

刷新http://localhost:8080/webchat/，能夠看到圖片中offline已消失，可進入在線幫助
