解決linux下tomcat8上傳圖片沒法經過Nginx查看的問題

新版本的tomcat增強了安全性，經過tomcat在服務器端創建的文件，others是沒有訪問權限的。這樣致使Nginx靜態圖片服務沒法訪問報java   Forbidden   You don't have permission to access /file/image/20170417/20170417144110011542.png on this server.apache 錯誤。tom
