Cordova cannot add Android failed with exit code ENOENT

這多是系統環境變量損壞了

解決方案：
在系統變量path若是沒用下面的變量就加上
%SystemRoot%\system32; %SystemRoot%; %SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;
