一步一步構建本身的管理系統①

         系統確定要先選一個基礎框架。 還算比較熟悉Spring. 就選Spring boot  + postgres + mybatis.

前端用Angular.

開始搭開發環境，開在window上整的。 到時候再放到服務器上。 本身也去整了個小服務器，如今丟了一個前端模版在上面。點這裏瞅瞅

在window上安裝postgres 這裏就不說了。 官網 這裏下載安裝便可

我是用eclipse 開發， 下面是maven 文件
