android:supportsRtl 聲明您的應用是否願意支持從右到左 (RTL) 佈局。 如果設爲 true 並且 targetSdkVersion 設爲 17 或更高版本，則系統會激活和使用各種 RTL API，以便您的應用可以顯示 RTL 佈局。如果設爲 false 或者如果 targetSdkVersion 設爲 16 或更低版本，則 RTL API 將被忽略或不起作用，無論與用戶所選語
