在jupyter 運行時出現這樣的錯誤 查看一下，是否是TRUE  Pytorch官網，選好對應版本， 網速快的直接複製粘貼到Ubuntu終端 網速渣的，下個輪子https://pytorch.org/get-started/previous-versions/#pytorch-linux-binaries-compiled-with-cuda-8 進入PyTorch的下載目錄，使用pip命令安裝
