set identity_insert on off 失效 不起作用

set identity_insert on off 失效 明明設置了set identity_insert on 但SQL就是提示 set identity_insert off，導致無法手動指定autoid的自增列數值。 網上有很多例子了，但是我這種特殊情況，並非使用上的問題，而是SQL BUG導致的，網上搜尋了半天沒找到原因，後來去翻查了微軟SQL網站兩個多小時，終於找到原因，特別分享出來，
