Consider using the `--user` option or check the permissions

今天win10更新pip的時候報錯 根據報錯內容需要加一個 --user 於是我加了一個 --user 但是因爲剛纔卸載了舊的pip新的沒有裝上就找不到 Cannot open D:\anaconda\a\Scripts\pip-script.py 需要用 easy_install pip 這樣就OK了
