配置Outlook profile,提示there was an error accessing your system registry.

給用戶配置outlook profile,報錯:there was an error accessing your system registry.
直接運行修復office,無用。
按照罈子裏的徹底卸載office,無用。
後,搜索到國外罈子上的一個帖子,問題解決,http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Office_Productivity/Groupware/Outlook/Q_21385459.html   看traval的回覆。。奉上:
1.  Does the user have admin rights on the local machine?
2.  Does the user have full control to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\ regkey?
3.  Have you attempted detect and repair of outlook?
4.  Not to be pessimist but this might take manually removing Outlook and then reinstalling, here are the steps if so:

*************************************************************************
1.  Start, Run, MSCONFIG (System Configuration Utility), check Selective Startup, and uncheck the Load Startup Group items.  Reboot.  
2.  Back up data (*.pst files)
3.  Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, uninstall Outlook and Windows Messaging.  Reboot.(在這步,我沒有卸載Windows Messaging,相應的在隨後步驟中涉及到
Windows Messaging的,我都沒有作
4.  Start, Run, REGEDIT (Registry Editor) and deleted the following if they exist:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Outlook
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Outlook
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook
5.  Start, Find, Files or Folders (Search) and rename.(只找到了兩三個)
     Mapi.dll
     Mapisp32.exe
     Mapisrvr.exe
     Mapiu.dll
     Mapiu32.dll
     Mapix.dll
     Mapix32.dll
     Mspst32.dll
     frmcache.dat
     outcmd.dat
     extend.dat
     views.dat
6. Reinstall Outlook.  
7. Start, Run, MSCONFIG (System Configuration Utility) and check the Load Startup Group items.  Reboot
8. Verify that issue is not still occuring.
9. Open pst files from previous install.
按照如上步驟,完美解決。。嘎嘎。。。
