window2012 iis8.0 配置https 默認竟然是TLS1.1

阿里雲window2012 iis8.0，阿里雲說默認就是 TLS1.2，個人機器默認竟然是1.1，氣死人啦。

搞了半天，又是改註冊表又下工具，還重啓了服務器，終於搞成1.2啦。

With that patch installed, you can enable .NET Framework 3.5 support of TLS 1.2. However, the ciphers to use are still determined by Windows itself, and you should use tools such as https://www.nartac.com/Products/IISCrypto 

下載工具  IIS Crypto，只選擇TLS1.2

另外還改了註冊表，不知道是否是有用
