今天介紹的文獻是關於三代測序的拼接算法的研究,或者準確來講是一個利用二代測序和三代測序結果來拼接基因組序列的方法,當然這篇文章其實只是做了一個部分的創新,大部分拼接的原理是基於已有的拼接算法。當然,這篇文獻其實有點舊了,是2012年發表在nature子刊biotechnology上的。 標題裏的de novo是一個拉丁語貌似,文獻中比較喜歡用這個詞表示重新、從頭開始的意思。single-molec
