PL/SQL Developer在64位操作系統上通過instantclient連接到oracle數據庫

    Instant Client下載地址http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/features/instant-client/index-097480.html。     注意：一定要下載32位的客戶端。     下載完後，解壓到D:\instantclient_10_2 ，文件列表如下圖所示。         修改 tnsnames.ora
