而後在：C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config

找到 對應網站

<binding protocol="http" bindingInformation="*:80:api.xxx.com" />

在其下方添加 以下
<binding protocol="https" bindingInformation="*:443:api.xxx.com" />

便可
