AV1視頻編碼標準資源彙總

一直不看好HEVC,總以爲這東西絕對不可能再恢復像h264那麼輝煌了，如此高昂的受權費，被淘汰估計也就這一兩年了，有必要預研一下AV1，立刻進去二進制碼流凍結流程了，感受aom愈來愈近了，畢竟google自家主打的東西，youtube，android，webrtc，chrome，2018年必將帶🔥av1，因此感受最多半年到一年，必有硬件廠商站出來支持AOMedia！聖誕快到了，拿出魔法球，作一個大膽的預測！🤘

哈，再補充一點，才短短期GStreamer和VLC都已經宣佈支持AV1了(二進制碼流標準以及標準推薦封裝格式都沒明確，就那麼迫切的集成進了主流播放框架裏，可想而知你們對新編碼標準的迫切，以及對HEVC的厭惡，哈哈哈哈哈。。。)
