解決方案

在Dockerfile 運行這行代碼

RUN apt-get -qq -y update && \
    DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt-get -qq -y install \
    gcc \
    ... \

以前加入如下代碼

RUN rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cuda.list && rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/nvidia-ml.list

成功解決！
