vscode python 第三方庫的智能提示

舉例 AttributeError: module 'PIL.Image' has no attribute 'open()' AttributeError: module 'cv2' has no attribute 'imread'  　   　雖然可以運行，可是在調試以及在編寫代碼的時候看到處處報紅線很不爽html 並且這些錯誤的提示可能會致使你寫代碼的時候猶豫不定，覺得本身錯了python
