maven project中不更新自定義插件的解決辦法

 

緣由就是它：pluginManagement標籤

接下來把這標籤註釋掉就能夠啦

pluginManagement標籤的配置是方便子項目引用的，可是在idea2017無法顯示插件，因此只能註釋了，至於它跟plugins標籤有什麼區別，百度看看就一目瞭然了
