用比原鏈（Bytom）實現信息上鍊

不少了解比原鏈的都知道，比原鏈是專一信息和數字資產在鏈上交互和流轉的公鏈項目，信息上鍊不是比原鏈核心能力，因此並無在錢包端作一個功能入口，可是比原鏈提供了相關的接口能夠將一些信息寫到鏈上去。
那如何實現信息上鍊呢？使用特殊的Retire操做，這個操做能夠進行銷燬資產的操做，但由於其能夠附帶信息，因此就能夠實現信息上鍊的功能。

上面的代碼只是build-transaction一個步驟，另外sign-transaction和submit-transaction請求須要本身去組織參數進行請求。請求完submit-transaction 得到返回的交易hash,去區塊鏈瀏覽器上查看本身的上鍊信息，區塊鏈瀏覽器地址：http://52.82.46.157:8082/。
