從FreeCMS 1.2 開始支持

根據參數提取網上調查對象列表。

參數	說明
id	網上調查id
siteid	從FreeCMS 1.4開始支持 所屬站點id
name	名稱
nameLen	從FreeCMS 1.3 開始支持 名稱顯示長度
selecttype	選擇類型 空字符串表示全部(默認) 0單選 1多選
order	排序  1時間倒序(默認)  2時間正序
isok	有效 空字符串表示全部(默認) 0無效 1有效
num	數量
cache	是否使用緩存，默認爲false

返回值	說明
question	網上調查對象，類型爲數據對象question
index	索引

提取前兩個網上調查。
