錯誤"The encoder 'aac' is experimental but experimental codecs are not enabled"

    ffmpeg命令行執行錄製的時候，提示錯誤「」 The   encoder   'aac'   is   experimental  but  experimental  codecs are not enabled, add '-strict -2' if you want to use it」，網上看直接在命令中 add '-strict -2' 就能夠了，可是我這裏加了沒有效果。
