MySQL報錯The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents

      今天使用SpringBoot+Mysql搭建開發環境是遇到一個問題，記錄一下： 啓動報錯如下：The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents.............         後來查閱資料發現這都是因爲安裝mysql的時候時區設置的不正確 mysql默認的是美國的時區，而我們中國大陸
