cannot import name 'PILLOW_VERSION'

1.原因：PILLOW的版本太過新，在7.0.0開始就沒有PILLOW_VERSION這個參數了 2.解決：降低pillow版本 在cmd中輸入 pip install Pillow==6.2.2 -i  https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --user 成功解決
