A project with an Output type of Class Library cannot be started directly

一朋友發過來一個asp.net項目的代碼，嘗試在VS2017中運行，無法啓動，提示： A project with an Output type of Class Library cannot be started directly 網上查到了解決辦法： 在解決方案瀏覽器中，選中web項目，右擊，選中「Set as StartUp Project"， 然後VS頂部出現IIS選項，點擊它，運行成功：
