更改pip源至清華、阿里、中科大鏡像（臨時使用）

能夠在使用pip的時候加參數web 清華源：bash -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple 阿里源：svg -i https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple 中科大源：code -i https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/
