安裝msi文件遇到錯誤code=2502 or 2503 win8

Win8系統安裝msi文件時遇到問題，彈出對話框：

這是Win8系統的權限問題，能夠以下解決:

        1.運行CMD（管理員）

　    　2.輸入如下命令： msiexec /package "你安裝程序包的路徑"
