Ubuntu: HDF5報錯: HDF5 header version與HDF5 library不匹配

今天在執行一個用到hdf5的python腳本時，遇到以下錯誤

This can happen when an application was compiled by one version of HDF5 but

variable 'HDF5_DISABLE_VERSION_CHECK' to a value of '1'.

昨天還好好的，今天怎麼就出現了問題。回憶了一下好像昨天更新了anaconda，可能致使了衝突，經查看，確實如此。Anaconda中安裝的hdf5庫是1.8.9的， 而以前經過pip intall h5py庫應該就是1.8.11的， 一山不容二虎，因而把舊版本刪除了

sudo pip uninstall h5py

按下回車，果真在系統自帶的python下有之前的h5py版本
