GitLab報錯Urlis blocked: Requests to the local network are not allowed問題解決

在GitLab的配置webhook時，報錯： 解決方法： 進入 Admin area => Settings => Network ，然後點擊 Outbound requests 右邊 的「expand」按鈕，按圖片勾選，並點擊 Save changes按鈕即可，如下： 再重新配置webhook即可正確生成Hook。
