please specify path to 'tslint' package correctly
當使用WebStorm打開項目報錯時，這是 Webstorm 的代碼檢查 解決方法： webstorm的file –>settings –> Editor –> Inspections，找到TypeScript下的TSLint，取消選中狀態即可。
