The NVIDIA driver on your system is too old (found version 10000)
問題： 原因是因爲CUDA版本與pytorch版本不匹配 解決辦法：查看自己的CUDA版本 （我的是CUDA 10.0） https://pytorch.org/ 把這行復制到Anaconda Prompt窗口就行了
