[PHP] 配置vscode的語法檢測消除提示Cannot validate since no PHP executable is set

默認下載完vscode什麼都不做，會提示一下信息 Cannot validate since no PHP executable is set. Use the setting 'php.validate.executablePath' to configure the PHP executable. 打開文件->首選項->setting，把PHP的執行路徑填進去，前提是本機已經安裝了PHP程序
