Maven報錯：The packaging for this project did not assign a file to the build artifact

方法一：使用Maven管理工具下的LifeCycle（生命週期）中的install，如下圖所示 。網上也可以搜到這種解決方法，但是他的說法，「使用Lifecycle中的install，項目就會自動去maven倉庫下載需要的包」是錯誤的。 方法二：使用Maven管理工具 工具欄中的Execute Maven Goal，如下圖所示 點擊打開，輸入Maven命令，特殊說明：在windows的cmd中執行
