Unable to build: the file dx.jar was not loaded from the SDK folder

造成的原因是項目的build target版本和安裝的Andriod SDK Tools版本不一致. 下載API25,將API25的dx.jar替換API29的(可以對API29的dx.jar先做一個拷貝). 替換 clean項目,或重啓eclipse
