Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required (Unable to find vcvarsall.bat)

Use this link to download Visual C++ 2015 Build Tools. It will install Visual C++ 14.0 without installing Visual Studio. After the installation completes, retry pip install and you won’t get the error
