springboot 上傳圖片與回顯

　　在網上找了不少例子，不能徹底契合本身的需求，自行整理了下。需求是這樣的：項目小，因此不須要單獨的圖片服務器，圖片保存在服務器中任意的地方，而且能夠經過訪問服務器來獲取圖片。話很少說上代碼：

六、測試頁面，放到resources/templates包下

　　啓動項目，訪問：localhost:8888,進入上傳頁面，上傳成功會返回圖片名稱，例如：11348371257146.jpg，而後訪問http://localhost:8888/advertIMG/11348371257146.jpg,能夠獲取到圖片。
