解決問題：The MySQL service is starting. The MySQL service could not be started.
筆記本系統：Win10 x64 Pro MySQL版本：mysql-5.7.21-winx64 ZIP版本 項目需要，筆記本要裝MySQL，但是在最後一步卡住了... 注意我下載的這個MySQL ZIP版本中並沒有data文件夾（並且沒有.ini配置文件，這個配置文件需要自己創建），於是網上有人說在mysqld --install的時候就會創建data文件，但是我看了MySQL的文件夾，並沒有創
