下載的庫與python版本不對。 1.進入cmd，查看python版本：python --version 2. 進入該網址下載對應的版本即可 https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/ 3.再次進入cmd，pip3/pip install 【文件下載的位置+文件名】即可安裝成功
