進入MySQL，分別查看rejectprj和reviewprj兩個表的結構，通過show full columns from <table>，查看其Collation,如下圖 其中reviewprj的fhbh爲gbk_chinese_ci，而rejectprj的fhbh爲latin1_swedish_ci，所以當兩表通過fhbh關聯時，就會出現以上錯誤。  則通過以下命令將rejectprj的fh
