Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available. - skipping

今天用pip3安裝第三方庫的時候報了這樣一個錯：

　　Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available. - skipping

[root@python_test ~]# rpm -qa openssl　　# 檢查了一下是安裝了openssl的
openssl-1.0.1e-57.el6.x86_64

因而我將原先編譯安裝好的python目錄刪除後，從新編譯安裝：

[root@python_test tools]# tar xf Python-3.6.3.tgz
[root@python_test Python-3.6.3]# ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/python3.6.3 --with-ssl　　　　# pip3會用到ssl模塊，以前沒有指定因此該功能不能使用
[root@python_test Python-3.6.3]# make && make install

最後測試發現已經能夠了：

[root@pygame ~]# pip3 install pygame

 而後測試一下ssl模塊是否可用：
