修改zepto源代碼，使支持wp8的ie10

注意：當前1.1.3版本的zepto，已經有模塊來支持wp8

原先的zepto，經過__proto__賦值，來使dom繼承到$.fn方法，

無奈IE11以前的IE10，IE9不支持這種寫法，

因此咱們只能本身手動把方法添加到dom
