1032錯誤----如今生產庫中好多數據，在從庫誤刪了，生產庫更新後找不到了，如今主從不一樣步了，再跳過錯誤也沒用，由於沒這條，再更新還會報錯

end_log_pos 有了它，根據pos值，直接就能找到，找到delete那條數據，反作（變成insert）code

HE1從庫誤刪ip

mysql> delete from helei where id=3;

此時從庫狀態是正常的，但一旦主庫對該條記錄進行操做同步

HE3主庫更新從庫剛剛誤刪的數據it

此時主從又不一樣步了,若是還去執行跳過錯誤操做，主從恢復同步，並且狀態均爲yes，但！這並不能解決該問題，若是主庫又更新該條記錄，那麼仍是會報相同錯誤，並且pos號還會變，這就致使了恢復時你不知道前一條的pos號，致使丟失數據。event

這裏雖然經過跳過錯誤達到恢復主從同步，但若是主庫又對該條記錄更新
